The one-piece mahogany neck is set with a long neck joint for a stable connection to the body. The 1959 Rounded Medium C profile feels beefier than modern slim profiles and gives the fretting hand substantial grip without feeling bulky. That creates a direct, controlled playing experience ideal for blues, classic rock, hard rock, soul, indie and expressive leads. The rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets, mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays and a 24.75" scale supports bends, vibrato and chord work with classic Les Paul feel.

Two Gibson Custombucker humbuckers deliver the open, dynamic voice PAF-inspired pickups are known for. The hand-wired electronics with CTS pots, paper-in-oil capacitors and Switchcraft components support sensitive control via two volume and two tone knobs.
