The Signature series features various Ibanez models tailored with more or less extensive modifications to meet the needs of the respective artist. The basic idea behind signature guitars is, on one hand, that the artist can replace "their" guitar worldwide if necessary, and on the other hand, that the dedicated guitarist can play the same model as their idol. Many features of signature guitars have since found their way into series production.
The Ibanez Paul Stanley PS60-SSL delivers the unmistakable style of the popular signature electric guitar of the KISS guitarist at an extremely attractive price. Styled in the striking Iceman shape, the Ibanez PS60 with powerful humbuckers and fast neck proves to be the perfect electric guitar for all rockers and metalheads.
The Iceman was one of Ibanez's coolest guitar designs in the 70s – which is why Paul Stanley chose this model back then. Meanwhile, there are various Paul Stanley signature models. The PS60-SSL is the most affordable Paul Stanley model in the Ibanez lineup. The body is made of poplar, and the maple/pine neck is bolt-on. Like the more expensive models, the PS60-SSL also features the iconic mirror pickguard and the typical tailpiece. The correct sound is ensured by a pair of Ibanez Infinity R pickups. Additionally, a matching gigbag is included.
