I bought it here from Kirsten 3.5 years ago. At first I practiced a lot, then I had a long lasting injury on one finger and now I haven't played it for almost 3 years and now I started again.
It sounds like the first day, is super nice to play and except for the dust it also looks like the first day. When it is tuned, it stays that way for the time being and does not adjust so quickly. I am still super happy with the guitar!
Who is looking for a great beginner guitar and does not want to reach for the cheap 100 € crap is here at the right place. Great hollowbody which reminds of the design of the legendary ES guitars, you can play it without amplification and if you then but still have desire for more raw sound are open to you all ways.

I can not say much about it because I have no comparison! I usually play acoustic western guitar. I really like the design of the Ibanez for the price. It's the first matte guitar and it really stands out with the green bluish body. I play it over the cube street amp and it is very fun. Guitar is very well adjusted the grip falls very easily. Price performance just top ;-)

Actually, I had planned the AS53-TBF only as a backup for home, because I did not want to drag my orig, ES constantly to the rehearsal room and back. What now, however, after very short delivery time and well packaged arrived with me, has put me in bright enthusiasm! The guitar not only looks great, it is also excellently processed and optimally adjusted. Since the guitar came from the B-stock, I checked it thoroughly. Result: Flawless in every respect. Even on the Vestärker, the AS53 sounds quite decent, although the factory stringing is still on it, which is certainly not the non-plus-ultra. But that can be changed without any problems!

I think the headline says it all. The guitar is really great for the price of € 279. Lies well in the hand, plays well, sounds not bad and the optics are great. Only the picture looks totally different from how the guitar looks in reality, the color is dark brown striped and from the burst is almost nothing to see.
