This meticulously crafted reissue delivers the same rich sound and elegant, lavish details as the celebrated original!
With the same maple center block, the deeply resonant maple/poplar/maple tonewood mix on the smooth archtop, the full, throaty pickups, and the F-style sound holes like the beloved ES-335, the 1959 ES-355 sets new standards in style.
Featuring two unpotted Custombucker Alnico 3 humbuckers and an authentic, rounded '59 Medium C neck profile, it offers a classic playing feel and a tone ranging from rich, sustaining sounds to smoky, growling grit. Luxurious, authentic details like mother-of-pearl block inlays on the solid ebony fretboard, split-diamond inlays on the headstock, and gold hardware make this guitar as stunning to look at as it is to hear.
