The Next Evolutionary Step of the JEM!
PIA Blossom Inlays
The newly designed PIA Blossom inlay is beautiful, striking, and elegantly conveys Steve Vai’s unmistakable style and artistic vision.
Petal Grip
The new Petal Grip was exclusively designed for the PIA and features a balanced, modern design aesthetic. It also symbolizes unity, camaraderie, and interpersonal connection.
DiMarzio UtoPIA Pickups
The DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups are based on Steve’s latest tonal preferences and are tuned to deliver smoother highs, more pronounced mids, and a fuller low end. The pickups boast a beautiful aesthetic and design elements that complement the guitar’s cosmetic features.
Edge Tremolo
The Edge tremolo bridge and groundbreaking Lion's Claw allow for fast pitch raising and lowering with dramatic range and intense voice.
Magnetic Tremolo Cover Plate
The tremolo block cover plate is held magnetically, so it can be quickly removed and reattached during string changes or tremolo system adjustments.
