Ibanez Electric Guitar Including Hard Shell Case
The RGD is Ibanez’s ultimate metal machine. The demands of down-tuning require a specially designed response that you won’t find on "regular" guitars. To optimize the rich, desirable tone that down-tuning produces, we extended the neck by 2.5 cm to a 26.5-inch scale length. Longer than standard, but not excessively so. The neck is still considered a "fast" neck for speed solos. Extra deep cutaways provide comfortable access to the highest notes on the neck.
Ibanez has pioneered innovations that not only meet the unique demands of players today but eventually become industry standards, such as 7-string, 8-string, and multiscale guitars.
