Small but mighty: the Jackson JS Series RR Minion JS1X delivers serious tone and was designed for young, aspiring players or seasoned guitarists who need an easy-to-transport instrument for the road that still offers the features they care about.
The RR Minion JS1X, with a 2/3 scale (22.5") neck, features a poplar body, a bolt-on Speedy maple neck reinforced with graphite rods, a tilt-back headstock, and an amaranth fretboard with a 12" radius and jumbo frets with sharkfin inlay design.
Two Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets provide a clear, full-bodied tone. The neck position delivers bright highs while the bridge adds tight, punchy distortion, all selectable via a 3-way blade switch and individual volume and tone controls. The string-through-body hardtail bridge with block saddles further improves intonation and sustain.
