The product was delivered almost perfectly, quickly and without damage. Basically a very high quality processed instrument. However, in order to achieve a better string action (1.5 to 1.7 mm at the 12th fret) it was necessary to realign an unsuccessfully worked-in fret rod at the 3rd fret. At the same time the edges were worked on and the fingerboard oiled. All in all a really playable and good sounding instrument considering the purchase price.
What I noticed in comparison to the original 61 is the light body, here the neck is too heavy in relation (badly balanced) and the guitar falls forward immediately with the strap. The pickups are good, bridge is slightly louder than bridge, so screwed down a little and good.
I use the guitar as a second instrument, perfect for that.
I can really recommend this instrument.

The fret dressing is really lousy, as Andrej has already noted. Therefore, it seems to be not just a slip. A prospective buyer should therefore better prepare for the need for rework
whereby beginners could quickly reach their limits. The fact that a screw was missing from the e-box cover shouldn't be discussed further in view of the price. Apart from that, there's nothing worth complaining about in terms of workmanship. The sound (anything else would be highly embarrassing for the company G) is not quite as good as the original, but it is quite decent and absolutely usable in life. I don't really trust the tuning machines in terms of tuning stability, but there are Kluson-replacements for about 30 Euros, which even correspond to the 61 look.
Conclusion: If you don't want to spend more than 1000 Euro just to see the G-logo on the headstock and you have some manual skills, this guitar is for you. (I have to admit that I'm a bass player by training and have only been seriously involved with electric guitars for 15 years, because the guitar players at the time thought they could put me in the dumbass corner as a bass player, but didn't really know what they were talking about).

the frets were very rough. The good thing is, the E side cracked after 5 minutes, so I took the chance to polish the frets. One fret was also a little high and had to be sanded down. When stringing 9-42 the trussrod had to be adjusted, which worked fine.

The neck is very flexible and it is easy to get out of tune if you press a little too hard on the neck or body, but that seems to happen a lot with the original as well. This guitar is very similar to the original.

Therefore, I am still fully satisfied.

I must congratulate you on this product. The guitar is good, well made and arrived without a scratch despite the somewhat minimalist packaging. For this price it is absolutely the best you can get.
