Classic Style with Modern Versatility!
The Ibanez AR series has stood for decades as a symbol of timeless elegance, powerful tone, and modern playability. This model pairs a flamed maple top with a resonant Okoume body, producing a clear, punchy tone with pronounced sustain. The glued-in three-piece Okoume neck ensures stability and a direct playing feel, while the ebony fingerboard delivers fast response and precise articulation.
Premium Tonewoods
The combination of flamed maple and Okoume gives the guitar a balanced tonal character with bright highs, rich mids, and controlled lows. The ebony fingerboard supports a defined attack and long sustain—ideal for dynamic playing.
Legendary Super 80 Pickups
Equipped with two Super 80 humbuckers, the AR delivers a clear, open sound with high clarity. The additional Tri-Sound switches significantly expand the tonal palette, making the guitar extremely versatile across many styles.
Reliable Hardware
The Gibraltar Performer bridge provides excellent tuning stability and comfortable playability. The Quik Change Classic tailpiece enables quick string changes and supports professional use in the studio and on stage.
