Epiphone SG Prophecy Electric Guitar in Aged Jet Black Metallic Including Gigbag!
The newly revised Epiphone Prophecy collection offers iconic Gibson-inspired body shapes with a modern twist for players who want to break traditions and set new standards in speed, tone, and technology.
The mahogany body features a 3/4" maple top with beautiful AAA flame maple veneer and a thinner Aged Vintage Gloss finish. The asymmetrical SlimTaper mahogany neck has a 24-fret ebony fretboard with jumbo frets, block and triangle pearloid/abalone inlays, with the abalone color matched to the body color, Grover Locking Rotomatic tuners in brushed nickel, and a black Graph Tech NuBone nut.
The Epiphone Prophecy SG comes with brushed nickel hardware, including PosiLok strap buttons, and is equipped with a pair of proprietary Fishman Fluence pickups offering three voicing options selectable via push/pull volume and tone controls: High Gain, a modern active high-output humbucker with both controls pushed down; a classic Patent Applied For-style humbucker when the tone control is pulled up; and shimmering, optimized single-coil tones when the volume control is pulled up.
