Ibanez GRG170DX-BKN Gio Electric Guitar in Black Night!

For nearly three decades, Ibanez's RG design has held the undisputed top spot among metal guitars.

Ibanez continues this tradition more than fittingly with the GRG170DX. Classic RG design contours including a contoured armrest and "tummy cut" ensure absolute control in handling and feel whether resting on your leg or strapped on, while the legendary Wizard neck profile—known for its ultra-flat neck—provides the perfect foundation for fast licks and leads. Not least thanks to the large fretboard radius.

Ibanez's own Infinity pickups in an H/S/H setup deliver a versatile tonal palette from biting aggressive sounds at the bridge position to the warm midrange of the neck humbucker. Accordingly, the Gio GRG170DX is extremely adaptable and ready for anything from blues fun through rock to metal. The hardware features a Fat-10 tremolo with 2-point mounting and sealed tuning machines.

Guitar Combo with Overdrive

The AK30A, with its solid 75 watts, is the most powerful model in the Soundking AK series yet remains wonderfully lightweight at just 9 kg, making it an ideal practice amp for easy transport. An effective 3-band equalizer and the ability to switch between clean and overdrive channels provide tonal individuality and the necessary adaptability for various styles. A particularly professional highlight of the AK30A guitar combo is the two connectors on the back of the robust housing: here you’ll find the input for an optional footswitch that lets you conveniently toggle the built-in overdrive on and off while playing. Right next to it is the handy line out jack, making recording your guitar a breeze.

Instrument Cable

Pronomic instrument cables are perfect for guitarists, bassists, or keyboard players. The flexible cables feature screw-on metal jack connectors that allow access to the solder points or can be individually replaced if needed. Thanks to high-quality shielding, the cables are protected against interference even over long distances, and the common noise caused by foot tapping found in cheaper cables is absent in Pronomic cables.
