Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the Kirstein this time.
The guitar was not playable!
The strings were resting on the frets and so it was impossible to tune or play the guitar.
Only after adjusting the neck, which is possible with the Ibanez, did the strings come off the frets and you could tune it.
My expectation when I order from a music store is that the guitar will be delivered in perfect condition and perhaps even already tuned.
But the guitar was certainly not checked or tested before delivery.
Otherwise it is a beautiful electric guitar.
