Digital Drumming: NUX DP-2000!
The brand-new NUX DP-2000 is a powerful integrated percussion pad. With its 8 velocity-sensitive, independent pads, the DP-2000 not only includes the high-quality acoustic drum samples from our flagship DM-8 kit but also folk percussion and electronic sound samples. Furthermore, you can expand your sound library by importing your own drum samples via a USB drive. Additionally, the DP-2000 features inputs for external triggers. Simply add a hi-hat pedal and an external kick drum to turn the DP-2000 into a mini e-drum kit.
High-Quality Sound Library
The DP-2000 contains a selection of premium acoustic drum samples from our flagship DM-8, as well as specially processed percussion and electronic sounds to meet the artistic needs of musicians across various music styles. Additional editing parameters allow you to assign and tweak each sound’s position, pitch, phase, and other detailed settings.
Redesigned Color Screen
The DP-2000 features a redesigned interactive user interface that ensures a smooth and positive workflow.
All 8 velocity-sensitive pads have LED lighting, with brightness that changes according to playing dynamics and note length, creating an expressive light show on any dimmed stage.
USB-C Connection – The Best and Most Powerful Friend of the DP-2000
Expand your DP-2000 sound library by using the included USB port and a USB drive loaded with your favorite drum and percussion samples. The DP-2000 also supports WAV playback via USB drive, making it a fantastic performance and practice instrument.
Of course, you can also connect to our NUX Bluetooth module NBT-1 via this USB-C port, which supports Bluetooth audio and Bluetooth MIDI functions.
Expansion
Want to go beyond the included pads? No problem. The DP-2000 has three 6.35 mm jacks for connecting an additional trigger, a hi-hat pedal, and a kick drum pedal, allowing you to assemble a compact yet refined electronic drum set.
