Alesis Presents - Strike MultiPad

Alesis developed the Strike MultiPad at the request of many drummers, and the result now allows sampling, editing, looping, and performing seamlessly. The Strike MultiPad features over 7000 preloaded sounds, 32 GB of storage capacity, and the ability to easily record samples (smartphone, microphone, via the internet, USB, and any audio source).

The total of 9 velocity-sensitive pads feature adjustable RGB lighting that can be easily customized to your liking. Thanks to the RGB lighting under each pad, the player is guaranteed never to miss a beat - no matter how dark and foggy the stage is. The Strike MultiPad includes 5 built-in effect processors and customizable effect control, allowing users to easily personalize their sounds and loops.

Additionally, there are multiple inputs and outputs including a USB audio and MIDI interface, several external drum/cymbal triggers, and an exclusive 4.3" color display to provide visual feedback of the system status or to make changes in no time. This kind of MultiPad is simply unique on the market and offers many creative features.

Sample everything you want - every sound, every effect, from anywhere. Use your microphone, smartphone, computer USB input, or any sound source to record your samples. We have loaded the MultiPad with over 6 GB of premium sample content so you can start right away.

EDIT

Edit your samples and loops with the clear 4.3-inch color display, easy-to-use select buttons and knobs, A-Link control, and five built-in effect processors with Tweak, Shade, Colour, EQ, and Compressor for your favorite sample content. Your sounds will be your own and not someone else’s.

LOOP

Loop-based recording of your pad performance is now effortless, naturally also with your recorded samples from your own sound source. No matter how, with the Strike MultiPad, looping is already seamlessly integrated into your playing.

PERFORM

Make your performance better, faster, more creative, and more versatile than any other MultiPad on the market with nine velocity-sensitive pads equipped with RGB lighting that show you velocity, loop length, etc. With the RGB lighting, you will definitely not miss a beat - even if the stage is dark and foggy.

The Center of Your Performance

The Strike MultiPad integrates perfectly into your existing setup thanks to the many connections - no matter what your next performance requires. Output the metronome or your sounds individually with the four 6.35 mm audio outputs, one 3.5 mm and one 6.35 mm headphone output. Control your external MIDI peripherals with the MIDI In and Out ports. Two additional 6.35 mm audio inputs can be comfortably used for recording and sampling your audio sources. Expand your performance with the trigger inputs (1x single zone and 2x dual zone), hi-hat, and footswitch inputs. The Alesis Strike MultiPad is ready for your next performance.

Firmware Update - What's New in v1.3

Strike MultiPad Firmware Version 1.3 adds numerous performance improvements that make it even easier to organize your own kits and sample libraries:

• Sample Manager - Take full control of your sample library and browse, play, and delete samples stored on the Strike MultiPad’s internal memory. You can also export samples from internal memory to an external USB drive
• Save/Load User Kits with Samples - You can now save and load user kits including their associated samples - perfect for making a complete backup of the user bank that can also be used on another Strike MultiPad
• Start Click for Loop and Alternate Playback Modes - You can now set the metronome to automatically turn on when you play a pad set to loop or alternate playback mode. When you hit the pad again or the sound ends, the metronome stops and restarts at beat 1 when reactivated
• Metronome Downbeat Reset - The metronome now restarts at beat 1 whenever it is turned on, either by the start click function or by pressing the metronome button
