The SamplePad Pro features eight individually playable pads with excellent response and more than 200 professionally recorded sounds. SamplePad Pro is also compatible with MIDI-capable pads, triggers, sequencers and instruments, and includes a USB port for computer connection. You can load your own sounds via SD card.
Precise Pad Performance
With a backlit LCD display, a clear control layout and eight (6 + 2) rubberized pads on the top, the SamplePad Pro combines a no-frills design with outstanding playability. The blue LED ring around the pads keeps everything visible even in low light.
SamplePad Pro includes trigger inputs for additional drum pads, plus inputs for kick and hi-hat pedals. The kick drum pedal input can be switched between switch and trigger. This lets you expand the SamplePad Pro from a powerful percussion instrument into a full e-drum kit.
Endless Sounds
SamplePad Pro already contains over 200 high-quality sounds curated and recorded by the Alesis sound design team. The range covers various drums, cymbals and percussion tones. For instant access, the sounds are arranged in ten preset drum kits. Each sound can be customized with parameters such as pitch, pan or reverb. On an SD card (up to 32 GB) you can store up to 512 sounds and 89 user kits. In addition, all internal sounds are accessible via MIDI.
Versatile Applications
Connect to a computer easily via USB cable. The 6.3 mm outputs can feed an amplifier, PA system or audio interface. For monitoring or quiet practice there's a headphone output with its own volume control. The stereo aux input with level control lets you hook up a smartphone or MP3 player — perfect for playing along with favorite tracks or rehearsing a set list.
