Chakra Singing Bowl Made of Quartz Crystal with Modern Gradient!

The Crystal Singing Bowl 9" Chakra has a diameter of approx. 22 cm and is crafted from quartz crystal. The material achieves excellent acoustic properties through a special manufacturing process where glass is melted and shaped by a centrifuge into the desired form. The instrument is visually enhanced by a stylish frosted glass design with a rough surface and a colored gradient.

Crystal singing bowls produce spherical, long-lasting tones with a strong fundamental and "singing," harmonic overtones, similar to traditional versions made from bronze or brass alloys. In direct comparison, the modern glass variant sounds even clearer and sustains noticeably longer than its metallic counterpart.

Tuned to One of the Seven Main Chakras

Each Crystal Singing Bowl in the Chakra series is color- and tone-matched to one of the seven energy centers of traditional chakra theory. This makes them especially suitable for meditation, sound massages, and therapeutic purposes, as the harmonious voice of the bowls can help reduce stress and bring body and mind into balance.

The indigo-colored 9" model is aligned with the Third Eye chakra and tuned to the note A. The 432 Hz version’s pitch A is not the Western standard frequency of 440 Hz but 432 Hz. This tuning is said to have a particularly relaxing and calming effect. However, this singing bowl does not harmonize with conventionally tuned instruments. It should be played either solo or together with other 432 Hz instruments—such as our Sela Unity Handpans.

Useful Accessories Included

The Crystal Singing Bowl Chakra comes with a wooden mallet specially designed for use with crystal singing bowls. Its handle made of Asian schima wood fits comfortably in the hand and, with its rubber head, allows both gentle striking and rubbing of the bowls. Depending on playing technique and intensity, a wide variety of tones can be coaxed from the Crystal Singing Bowl. Additionally, a supplied silicone ring ensures secure positioning and optimal vibration behavior of the bowl—allowing it to fully unfold its sound potential at any time.
