The XDrum hand drum features a lacquered maple frame and is fitted with a polyester drumhead. The shell depth measures 6 cm.
Versatile Use
The frame drum is the simplest type of hand drum. The tone is produced by short, firm strikes on the head with fingers, one or both palms, or a mallet. The closer to the frame you strike, the more the sound changes.
With Tuning System
To allow head replacement and to customize the drum to your personal tonal preferences, the XDrum hand drum is equipped with 6 tension hooks. These make loosening and tightening the head child's play.
The frame drum is equally popular with percussion groups and music schools. Even very young musicians have loads of fun with this instrument—whether in early musical education, playing in kindergarten, or jamming with friends in the playroom.
