Meinl Sonic Energy Om Gongs - The Primal Sound of the Universe!
Meinl Sonic Energy Om Gongs are handcrafted in Germany. They are tuned to the tone "Om," one of the most sacred syllables in Hinduism. According to tradition, Om or Aum is the sound from which the universe was created. It is said that the vibration of this syllable triggered the act of creation. These beautiful instruments meet the highest sonic standards of sound therapists, meditation studios, and leading orchestras. The immense size and power of this instrument will inspire awe and wonder in every listener.
Please note: This is a handcrafted instrument, forged by heating the metal alloy to high temperatures and then hammering the surface by hand to achieve the desired pitch and tone. Our handcrafted process makes each gong unique, with no two surfaces alike. The variations in hammering patterns and surface coloration caused by the heating process testify to our intricate craftsmanship, resulting in a first-class sound.
