The buckwheat pillow is an indispensable accessory for singing bowls in many ways. Its special properties fulfill several requirements at once.
Provides Warmth
The pillow can be warmed in the oven or on the radiator (do not overheat!) to bring the singing bowl to a comfortable temperature. Whether you place the pillow inside the bowl before use or between the body and singing bowl depends on the intended application.
Serves to Stabilize
Certain body areas offer little support for a singing bowl. The pillow helps stabilize the position of the singing bowl on the body.
