Powerful Sound, Precise Response!
The Tama R1412SK Starlight Snaredrum delivers the perfect combination of stability, punch, and sonic precision. Its 8-ply birch shell produces a focused, clear, and dynamic sound that excels in marching and drumline settings.
High-Quality Construction for Maximum Durability
The 8 mm-thick pure birch shell not only provides tremendous stability but also a full, controlled tone with pronounced attack. Thanks to the 12 tension lugs with aluminum hollow rods, tuning stays consistent and the instrument remains especially robust—even under heavy use.
Precise Tuning and Fine Adjustment
The Quick Touch Snare Strainer lets you adjust the snare wire precisely and evenly, while the aluminum die-cast edge ring enables very fine high-pitch tuning. The 2.3 mm-thick Steel Mighty Hoops and the sturdy positioning ring make head changes easier and ensure even tension.
For the Most Demanding Performances
Whether in the rehearsal room or on the field, the Tama Starlight Snaredrum impresses with sound quality, reliability, and top-tier workmanship. Get this snare and experience pure precision and power!
