Two-Leg Heavy-Duty Hi-Hat from the 9000 Series!
DW 9000 Series Hi-Hats use a patented Double Eccentric Cam that increases the sensitivity of the footboard relative to cymbal movement, resulting in a unique, incredibly fast and responsive playing feel.
The continuously adjustable spring tension lets you make precise adjustments to balance the weight of the top cymbal and create a personalized playing feel.
The side cymbal seat is a novelty in hi-hat design and provides immediate access to adjust the lower cymbal angle; a small detail that makes a big difference. The foldable footplate remains attached to the base unit when folded.
The SM379 Locking Clutch is included as standard and lets you set the lower nut and lock it so it won't come loose. Hi-hat rods are available in two standard lengths (21" and 15"), so you can adapt the hi-hat machine to your specific needs. The swivel legs allow easy positioning of bass drum pedals and other stands around the hi-hat machine.
