The principle of the family-owned company Paiste is to constantly create new sounds for cymbals, gongs and bronze percussion instruments tailored to the needs of drummers and percussionists. The cymbals up to and including the Alpha series are produced in Germany; the gongs are also handmade there. All other cymbal series are crafted entirely by hand at the company’s headquarters in Switzerland. Paiste aims to design and to have designs created. Every musician can contribute new sound ideas and thus provide a fresh impulse for further innovations.
