The principle of the family business Paiste is to constantly create new sounds for cymbals, gongs, and bronze percussion instruments according to the demands of drummers and percussionists. Cymbals up to and including the Alpha series are produced in Germany, and the gongs are also handcrafted there. All other cymbal series are exclusively handcrafted at the company headquarters in Switzerland. Paiste aims to design and be designed. Every musician can contribute new sound ideas and thus be a new impulse for further innovations.
Cymbal Stand with Retractable Boom
The XDrum Semi cymbal stand is wonderfully easy and convenient to transport due to its light weight and the ability to fold down extremely small. The 39 cm long boom allows very flexible setup so the cymbal stands exactly where it’s needed. With the boom retracted, the cymbal stand can be used like a normal straight stand. The double-braced hardware ensures optimal stability of all components, even during longer sessions. Nylon fittings prevent scratching of the chrome surface during setup and teardown.
