Affordable, great sounding – and a real eye-catcher!

The Imperialstar series made its successful comeback back in 2006 and has since offered players a complete drumkit at an affordable price. The new sets come packed with many pro features. The 22" bass drums are now 18" deep and, like the 20" or 18" versions, equipped with wooden hoops. The biggest upgrade, however, is the double-braced Stage Master hardware, which has been included with all Imperialstars since 2023.

Laser-Measured Shell Bearing Edges

The drum shells are crafted from six-ply poplar wood. The bearing edge quality, which has a decisive impact on the tone of the drumhead and shell, is laser-measured on the Tama Imperialstar. For the 2023 reissue, the Imperialstar was refined with matching wooden hoops on the bass drum and a newly developed tom mount, bringing the Imperialstar to a whole new level.

Stage Master Hardware

The consistently double-braced hardware offers absolutely stable support and first-class handling. Both cymbal stands feature retractable booms, and the Omnisphere double tom holder allows free movement in every direction.

HCS Cymbal Set

Included is the Meinl HCS bronze cymbal set with a 14" hi-hat, a 16" crash, and a 20" ride cymbal made from B8 alloy with a traditional finish. These cymbals are crafted in Germany under the highest quality standards.

Drum Bags

The XDrum Classic Drum Bag Set reliably protects your shell set during transport to your next gig. From now on, you don’t have to worry about scratches, dents, or bent parts on your shells.
