Cleaning and Protection for Your Stainless Steel Handpan!

The Meinl Sonic Energy Stainless Steel Handpan Care Set includes a professional cleaner and a protectant to remove dirt, stains, and greasy residues from stainless steel handpans and then seal them.

Instructions

First, clean the handpan with the Meinl Sonic Energy Handpan Cleaner.

• Spray the cleaner evenly onto the playing surface of the handpan from about 20 cm away.
• Let the cleaner sit for 3 minutes.
• Wipe off the cleaner completely with the included dry, lint-free cloth.
• Repeat the process on stubborn spots.

Now use the Meinl Sonic Energy Stainless Steel Handpan Protectant.

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Spray the protectant onto an absorbent cloth (not directly on the handpan) and rub it into the handpan. If the handpan still has an oil film, the surface appearance may be uneven (incomplete wetting).
• After a short drying time (about 1-2 minutes), buff and polish the handpan with a dry cloth.
• Allow the protectant to dry completely for about 4 to 5 hours.

Afterward, your handpan is clean and protected. Repeat this treatment after a few days or weeks, depending on your handpan’s condition.
