The Ortega GLAMSUITECE from The Private Room series blends the character of a classic 4/4 concert guitar with an extra-slim thinline body, modern electronics and gear designed for live use. The limited model targets players who want to combine nylon strings with high playing comfort and straightforward amplification.

Spruce And Maple In Slim Thinline Construction

Ortega uses spruce for the top while the back and sides are crafted from maple. This wood combination forms the acoustic foundation of the instrument and is complemented by the Thinline construction that measures just 83 mm deep. Especially when playing standing up or during long sets the slim body sits comfortably close to the player. The GLAMSUITECE also features an armrest made of black walnut, which provides a comfortable transition at the body edge while creating a deliberate material contrast. A walnut binding frames the body.

Slim Neck And 48 mm Nut Width

The mahogany neck is executed in Ortega's Slim Neck profile and carries a walnut fretboard. With a nut width of 48 mm the instrument offers a more compact neck dimension compared with many traditional concert guitars. The 650 mm scale length corresponds to the classic 4/4 size. A 2-way truss rod also allows adjustment of the neck. The bridge, also made of walnut, and the OTM-FAMILYBK tuners complete the appointments, while Ortega NYP44H nylon strings come fitted from the factory.

A central feature of the GLAMSUITECE is the rechargeable Ortega MagusPro/G-RC pickup system. The integrated electronics are designed for amplified use and eliminate the need for regular battery changes. The system charges via USB-C.
