I started learning guitar many, many years ago on a classical guitar. But in the course of time then switched to electric guitar and acoustic guitar and stayed with it.
Now I wanted, for Spanish-influenced songs again a concert guitar and have decided to test this.
The fingerboard width of 48mm suits me very well, because I am used to a narrower fingerboard and the neck is not as thick as on other classical guitars.
My fingers literally fly over strings as this guitar has such a comfortable feel.
The octave purity is perfect. At the 12th fret, the exact same tone as with the empty string.
The string action is very good for a classical guitar and relatively flat, which is what I am used to from Western guitars.
In addition, there is a truss rod, with which you can still correct the string position.
The sound is voluminous and pleasantly warm. For my taste, the treble could be a little more powerful and brilliant, but this can be changed by new strings.
The appearance is of course a matter of taste.
The included gig bag from Ortega is well padded and also looks good.
For this price, this is an excellent guitar, which makes it very easy for beginners like me, playing on a classical guitar and gives a lot of pleasure.
