Traditional Tone in Noble Craftsmanship!
The Ortega R19S Traditional Series 4/4 classical guitar blends Spanish craftsmanship with carefully selected tonewoods and classic aesthetics. With its solid cedar top, warm-sounding Sapele body and comfortably playable mahogany neck, it gives you everything you expect from a high-quality classical instrument — precise tone, excellent workmanship and great playing comfort.
Solid Cedar Top for Authentic Tone
The solid cedar top is the heart of the Ortega R19S and delivers a characterful, warm sound with superb responsiveness. Fingerstyle players and classical guitarists especially appreciate the quick note development and the dynamic tonal palette. Every note rings clear and defined — ideal for subtle nuances and musical expression.
Sapele Body with Natural Tonal Character
Back and sides made of Sapele emphasize the natural character of this guitar. The silky satin finish highlights the beautiful grain while providing a pleasant feel. Sapele offers a balanced tonal response with bright highs and rich mids — perfect for a harmonious overall sound.
Traditional Neck for Precise Playability
The neck of African mahogany sits comfortably in the hand thanks to its traditional profile. The fingerboard of Indian rosewood allows precise fingering across all 19 frets. With a scale length of 650 mm and a nut width of 51 mm, the Ortega R19S offers classic dimensions that even advanced players appreciate.
High-Quality Hardware and Stylish Design
The chrome tuners in an elegant lyre design with white buttons ensure stable tuning and accurate adjustments. Together with the finely matched Knobloch EDQ 34.0 MED/HIGH Tension string set, the guitar is perfectly strung for brilliant tone and balanced tension.
Includes Practical Pro Gigbag
To transport your instrument safely, the Ortega R19S comes with a robust Pro Gigbag. It provides optimal protection, is easy to carry and reliably shields your guitar from scratches and bumps.
Experience the tonal tradition of Spain with the Ortega R19S — ready to play, including Pro Gigbag!
