Characteristic of Hanika’s entry-level models is their easy playability and convincing tonal colors. Designed as instruments for beginners, the entry-level class impresses with the use of carefully selected solid tonewoods and high-quality materials.

Based on the 50 series, Hanika developed a cutaway concert guitar that offers improved playability in the upper registers. The Florentine cutaway, slightly reduced rim height, and a somewhat narrower fretboard ensure comfortable fingering across the entire neck.

The back and sides are made of thermally modified Franconian oak, while the top is crafted from premium spruce. The BasisCut TEF delivers a crisp attack and a clear, open tone that adapts perfectly to almost any playing style.

This guitar is made from solid tonewoods and equipped with high-quality "Rubner Gold" tuners featuring Teflon bearings and bushings. Quality features also include the neck reinforced throughout with Grenadilla from thermo alder, a Grenadilla fretboard, and a robust bone saddle.

The open-pore, matte finish with PUR matte lacquer provides a surface that is relatively resistant to dirt and wear. At the same time, it allows for an especially open and free sound.
