Conn 88HTO - Outstanding Trombone in Open Wrap Design!
The C.G. Conn 88HTO Symphony is a trombone equally well suited to orchestral playing and solo performance. The open-wrap quart valve reduces resistance and allows free airflow, producing a more open tone and a more direct playing feel. The "thinwall" variant features an extra-thin bell, which delivers superb response—especially in piano.
The trombone has a bore of 13.89 mm (F-attachment: 14.27 mm), providing excellent clarity and projection. The chrome-plated nickel-silver inner slides guarantee smooth and fast slide action. The bell and outer slide are made of gold brass, delivering a deep, warm and resonant tone.
The trombone ships in a sturdy hard case and, of course, includes the Conn 5G mouthpiece.
