The two-piece body of selected alder and the one-piece quartersawn maple neck are finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, giving the instrument the worn look of a well-loved instrument that has spent countless long nights on stage. The maple neck provides vintage character with its 1960 Precision Bass Oval "C" back shape, 3A rosewood fingerboard and Jescar Vintage frets.

Powered by a Custom Shop hand-wound '62 Precision Bass pickup, this bass delivers the archetypal sound that shaped an entire generation of music. The 4-saddle vintage-style bridge ensures rock-solid intonation, while the bone nut and vintage-style disc string tree add old-school flair.
