The True X Series - The New Definition of Home Entertainment!
The complete system of True X-Bars and True X speakers, powerfully combined, delivers an astonishingly realistic surround sound that transforms your listening room with a single press of a button. This is our unique wireless surround technology, which we call True X Surround.
Immersive And Flexible True Surround Sound
If you thought you knew what a home theater is, think again. Place the speakers wherever you want and immerse yourself in your favorite movies and music. The True X-Bars wirelessly connect with the True X Surround speakers, which you can position anywhere in a room to let the sound run free.
Bass Extension
The SR-X50A includes an integrated 75 mm (3") subwoofer. In addition, every bass signal is enhanced by "Bass Extension." The result is a rich and powerful sound.
Clear Voice
Do you struggle to understand dialogue in movies and TV shows? Our Clear Voice technology makes voices more intelligible. You'll catch every word - from YouTube videos to films and series - especially when background music and sound effects are present and can overpower the dialogue.
Four Sound Modes
With four different sound modes you can tailor the sound to your content and mood. Stereo mode is great for music and podcasts. For TV shows choose the Standard mode. If you're after intense in-game action, try the Game mode. And Movie mode delivers an impressive cinematic experience.
An Amazingly Wide Soundstage
The sonic possibilities offered by the height speakers are breathtaking and surpass anything you can imagine. Carefully selected by our sound engineers, these speakers produce a three-dimensional soundstage with spatial depth like no other manufacturer offers.
Room-Filling Bass
Ready to dive right into the action? With a wireless subwoofer the True X-Bar 50A delivers powerful, expressive bass that transforms your room into a sonic universe you can feel with every fiber.
The Optimal Solution for True Sound
Sound optimization was the top priority in the development of the True X-Bar 50A. From the rear chamber to the uniquely designed bass-reflex opening and the grille - for all components one criterion was at the top of the list: the ability to reproduce the finest nuances in sound.
The New Hub for Even More Entertainment
The Gateway to the World
Thanks to compatibility with streaming services and the companion smartphone app, discover new music and gain access to a growing world of entertainment right in your living room.
Connected to Your TV
With HDMI-CEC and eARC compatibility you can connect the True X-Bar to a TV with a single cable and control basic functions with your TV remote. Power and volume are automatically linked - for added convenience.
Voice Control
You don't need a remote or even an app! Volume, inputs and music can be easily controlled by voice command.
Experience True Sound
This blend of acoustics and electronics is unique to Yamaha, because no one else offers such outstanding quality in sound and music - from instrument manufacturing to professional audio accessories. Here you can learn more about the many unique technologies that make True Sound possible, and about the philosophy behind the listening experience.
Tonal Balance
Every ear hears the world differently. Yamaha reproduces sounds as the artist intended. Reproducing sonic elements like vocals, instruments, TV dialogue and sound effects at the correct pitch requires passion and precision. Yamaha achieves this through a balanced tonal image with sophisticated harmonics. The result is a musical experience that lets you hear sounds you couldn't hear before.
Dynamics
At its core, music is a sequence of sounds. Together they form phrases that are shaped by alternating elements of loud and soft tones. Yamaha pursues dynamic sound to make the contrast between silence and motion tangible. It's not just about powerful sounds, but also about the beauty of the pauses.
Sound Image
The most beloved compositions and performances give you the feeling of being right there - in the front row at a live concert or in the best seat in the theater. Yamaha focuses on full-bodied playback with nuance and precision. The sound image is reproduced accurately to convey not only the position of an instrument or performer but also the motion behind it.
