Powerful 2.1 Hi-Res Sound For Music, Film And Gaming!
The Edifier S355DB is an active 2.1 Hi-Res speaker system for TV, music, gaming and multimedia. With 150 Watt RMS total power, 1.5" titanium dome tweeters, 3.5" long-throw aluminum woofers, a wireless 8" subwoofer, HDMI eARC, Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC, USB-C, Optical, Coaxial and LINE IN, it pairs precise sound with modern connection versatility. The 24 bit/96 kHz signal processing delivers clear detail, controlled dynamics and high-quality playback from both digital and analog sources.
Hi-Fi Acoustic Design
Equipped with 1.5" titanium dome tweeters and 3.5" long-throw aluminum woofers, the S355DB delivers clear highs, punchy mids and an especially immersive listening experience. The driver combination is tuned for clean, detailed playback and is ideal for music, movies, TV series, games and voice content. Vocals sound precise, effects are presented transparently and instruments retain their natural definition.
5.8 GHz Wireless Subwoofer
The 8" long-throw subwoofer extends the low end down to 44 Hz and delivers deep, impactful bass. Driven by an efficient Class-D amplifier, it provides up to 70 Watt RMS and gives the satellites a powerful foundation. The wireless 5.8 GHz connection allows more flexible placement in the room and reduces cable clutter. That keeps your setup clean, modern and powerful.
High-Resolution Audio Processing
Seamless digital signal processing at 24 bit/96 kHz enables highly resolved sound reproduction with great clarity and precise detail. Whether you use analog inputs, digital sources or wireless streaming, the S355DB ensures accurate conversion and faithful audio reproduction. The result is a controlled, dynamic sound with clear highs, solid mids and deep bass without distracting distortion.
Versatile Connectivity
With HDMI eARC for easy TV audio and extra inputs like Optical, Coaxial, USB-C and LINE IN, the S355DB adapts flexibly to different devices and listening situations. You can easily connect TVs, PCs, laptops, consoles, streamers, smartphones, tablets or traditional audio sources. This makes the system a versatile solution for living rooms, desks, gaming setups and home theaters.
Enhanced Bluetooth Connectivity
Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC support enables wireless Hi-Res audio streaming up to 990 kbps, preserving more detail, greater clarity and stable wireless playback on compatible devices. Multipoint pairing lets two devices stay connected at once, so you can switch easily between your smartphone, tablet or laptop without re-pairing.
Easy Control and Operation
Control is easy via the included remote or the controls on the speaker. When connected over HDMI eARC, HDMI CEC can, depending on the connected device, control power, volume and mute directly from the TV remote. That delivers seamless everyday operation and makes the speaker system especially convenient for modern entertainment setups.
Customizable Sound Effects
Four preset sound modes are available via the remote so you can quickly tailor the sound to different content and listening situations. You can also create custom profiles in the app to map personal sound preferences precisely. This lets you flexibly adapt the system for music, film, gaming or speech and switch between settings with ease.

Variant Edifier S350DB 2.1 Sound System Wood

The sound quality is very good and the subwoofer provides the perfect bass.
I mainly use the sound system for my record player (Fluance RT85) and my Smart TV.
There is nothing to complain about, but I would like to point out that the different lengths of the cables are a bit unevenly distributed.

I was a little disappointed the first time I heard it, as the mid-range is somewhat restrained in the basic tuning. But ...
A small adjustment in the sound card's equalizer solved the problem. Playback of HiRes audio via YouTube brings out very pleasant details. The bass makes the tabletop vibrate without being intrusive or localized. You get the feeling that the satellites are taking care of the whole area. All in all, I am more than satisfied with the product for the price. The best PC speakers I have ever heard.
I find the workmanship quite appealing. All the necessary cables are included, at least if you can place your devices within 1.5 m of the right speaker.
However, there is one point of criticism: the remote control. You could get used to the round design. But unfortunately you have to point it at the right speaker. This may be sufficient for use with a TV, but at your desk you have to pick it up, lean back and operate it. Wireless would be better here than this infrared toy with mediocre performance.
