Das Classic Cantabile - Taschensaxophon ist ein hübsches, handliches Blasinstrument, das wie eine Mischung aus Saxophon und Klarinette klingt.
Mit seinem Fliegengewicht von nur 177 g kann das kompakte Taschensaxophon - wie auch der Name schon nahelegt - einfach überall mit hingenommen werden. Dem spontanen Musizieren im Park, in der Fußgängerzone, im Stau auf der Autobahn oder natürlich auch ganz klassisch auf der Bühne steht damit nichts mehr im Wege!
Zum Spielen des Classic Cantabile X-20 wird ein Bb-Klarinetten Blatt mit französischem Schnitt verwendet! Gegriffen werden die Töne wie bei der deutschen Griffweise einer Sopranblockflöte.
Es war übrigens ein Hawaiianer, der dieses interessante Instrument in den 1970er Jahren erfand. Das X-20 ist als Holzblasinstrument besonders gut auch für Einsteiger geeignet, da es sich relativ einfach spielen lässt. Die Grifftechnik erinnert an die einer Flöte. Je nachdem, mit welcher Technik das Taschensaxophon angeblasen wird, kann sein Klang von "zart" bis hin zu "voll und satt" variiert werden. Das X-20 von Classic Cantabile wird mit einem praktischen Etui geliefert.
Das Taschensaxophon ist unglaublich variabel spielbar: von Blues über Rock bis Jazz ist hier alles drin!
