Eris Sub 8BT: The ultimate subwoofer for room-filling sound!
The Eris Sub 8BT is an ideal addition to compact media and studio reference monitors without overpowering them. With smooth, low-frequency transients, versatile tuning controls and the convenience of a wireless Bluetooth® connection, the Eris Sub 8BT is the perfect companion for your compact monitoring system.
The active Eris Sub 8BT subwoofer features a front-firing 8-inch woofer made from fiberglass composite, 100 W of power, onboard tuning controls to complement your full-range monitors, a wireless Bluetooth® input, and 6.3 mm stereo TRS and phono inputs and outputs. A variable low-pass filter enables a seamless transition, while a switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter ensures optimal performance with satellite speakers.
The Perfect Addition
The best subwoofer you can get to fill your room with sound: the surprisingly powerful 100-watt Eris Sub 8BT reaches down to 30 Hz, letting you hear the entire sound spectrum and create better mixes.
As the first PreSonus studio subwoofer with wireless Bluetooth® 5.0 connectivity, the Eris Sub 8BT also offers flexible wired connection options, making it easy to integrate a subwoofer into almost any monitoring setup. The onboard controls let you create and tune a 2.1 monitoring system for your room with ease. The high- and low-pass (crossover) controls ensure that the Eris Sub 8BT kicks in precisely where the main monitors roll off, seamlessly extending the low end of your monitoring system.
Although the Eris Sub 8BT is compatible with a wide range of full-range studio monitors, this compact studio subwoofer is designed to complement the sound character and frequency response of all compact Eris studio monitors, from the especially affordable Eris 3.5 to the Eris Studio 5.
Built for Your Room
With flexible configuration and I/O options, you can tailor the Eris Sub 8BT to your mixing and monitoring needs. Connect your existing monitors using 6.3 mm TRS or phono cables, set the input level to your preference and even reverse the polarity. Pair a mobile device using wireless Bluetooth® 5.0 technology to quickly listen to a reference mix.
