Therapeutic Singing Bowl to Harmonize the Body!
The body's energy centers—the chakras—ideally resonate harmoniously at their natural frequencies. When that harmony is blocked, XDrum's therapeutic singing bowls come into play. Each bowl is tuned to a specific tone and is therefore suited to a particular chakra.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
The singing bowl tuned to Tone H is used for:
- Strengthening self-actualization and balance, spirituality, self-awareness, physical and mental development
- Reduction of mistrust, loss of zest for life, depression, physical weakness, phobias
Handmade Originals
XDrum singing bowls are crafted in India in an elaborate and painstaking hand process from a bronze alloy. This consists of a metal mixture of copper, zinc, iron, nickel, aluminum, silver, and gold. The actual size and therefore the weight of each individual bowl may vary, since the produced tone is the primary factor.
How to Use
To produce the beneficial sounds and vibrations, the singing bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet. This technique can even make the bowl sing.
