Therapeutic singing bowl for harmonizing the body!
Ideally, the energy centers of the human body—the chakras—vibrate harmoniously at their respective natural frequencies. When this harmony is blocked, XDrum therapeutic singing bowls can be used. Each bowl is tuned to a specific note and is therefore suited to a particular chakra.
Root chakra (Muladhara)
The singing bowl tuned to note C is used for:
- Strengthening grounding, vitality and assertiveness
- Reducing low self-confidence, depression, anxiety and outbursts of anger
Handmade one-of-a-kind pieces
XDrum singing bowls are made in India through an elaborate, labor-intensive process using a bronze alloy. This consists of a mixture of copper, zinc, iron, nickel, aluminum, silver and gold. The actual size, and therefore the weight, of each bowl may vary, as the sound it produces is the primary consideration.
How to use
To create their soothing sounds and vibrations, singing bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet. This can even make the singing bowl sing.
Bring body, mind and soul back into harmony!
