Therapeutic singing bowl for harmonizing the body!
The energy centers of the human body—the chakras—ideally vibrate harmoniously at their respective natural frequencies. When this harmony is blocked, XDrum therapeutic singing bowls can be used. Each bowl is tuned to a specific note and is therefore suited to a particular chakra.
Root chakra (Muladhara)
The singing bowl tuned to note C is used to:
- Strengthen grounding, vitality, assertiveness
- Reduce low self-confidence, depression, anxiety, outbursts of anger
Handmade one-of-a-kind pieces
XDrum singing bowls are crafted by hand in India from a bronze alloy, using a detailed and labor-intensive process. The alloy is made from copper, zinc, iron, nickel, aluminum, silver and gold. The actual size and therefore the weight of each bowl may vary, as the sound produced is the primary consideration.
How to use
To produce their soothing sounds and vibrations, the singing bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet. This can even make the singing bowl sing.
Bring body, mind and soul back into harmony!
