DHR10

The DHR10 is a 2-way active speaker with bi-amping, equipped with a 10-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch HF driver, making it ideal for permanent installations. The DHR10 pairs a 700-watt amplifier module and a powerful DSP with the same high-quality plywood construction used in Yamaha's high-end DZR series, delivering top-tier sound quality and durability.

Ultraprecise DSP Processing For High-Definition Sound

All fullrange models feature Yamaha's proprietary FIR-X tuning, which uses linear-phase FIR filters for the crossover. FIR-X Tuning simultaneously optimizes frequency and phase response and aligns the timing between the HF and LF drivers. This produces a very even frequency response around the crossover point, resulting in much better clarity and imaging than conventional crossovers.

All signals are processed precisely by a high-performance processor to achieve high-resolution sound. All fullrange models use high-precision discrete 24-bit A/D and D/A converters with outstanding signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range.

Easy-To-Use 2-Channel Mixer Onboard

The DHR-series speakers feature two input channels. CH1 has a combo jack that accepts both XLR and TRS phone input signals at mic or line level. CH2 offers two input options: a combo jack that accepts XLR or 1/4" jack plugs, and a pair of phono jacks for input from CD players or other stereo line-level sources.

The built-in mixer lets you choose either CH1+2 MIX to blend the signals from CH1 and CH2, or CH1 THRU to pass only the signal from CH1.
