Flexible Powerhouse for Professional Applications!
The powered speakers of the Concert series are ideal for professional use. Housed in a plastic enclosure with a textured finish sits a high-resolution 2-way system driven by two separate amplifiers. Two input channels, a Bluetooth® receiver and, above all, the DSP presets deliver an outrageously punchy sound and a wide range of options.
15" Speaker with 1.75" Titanium Tweeter
In the sturdy enclosure the two diaphragms are fed with plenty of power from two separate amplifiers. The 15-inch woofer receives 400 watts RMS, while the tweeter is supplied with 100 watts. The result is a clear, powerful tonal image with outstanding presence.
Connectivity Options
The input section is equipped with two XLR/TRS combo jacks, each with its own volume control. This allows the use of line signals as well as direct connection of dynamic microphones. As a third input, a Bluetooth® receiver is available so music can also be streamed to the speaker from a smartphone or tablet.
DSP Presets
In the "Speaker Mode" section the speaker's sound can be easily adapted to the intended application:
- PA: The default setting, which reproduces all frequencies evenly.
- Monitor: Intended for use as a floor monitor. In this setting the bass is slightly reduced while the highs are emphasized.
- Sub: Low frequencies are attenuated. Useful when an additional subwoofer is used without a crossover.
- Speech: The frequency range of the human voice is boosted to produce a clear, intelligible sound.
Mix Out Output
The switchable XLR output allows the summed signal to be sent to another speaker in the "MIX" setting, while in "CH 1" mode only the signal from channel 1 is output. This lets you, for example, pass a signal (e.g. right channel or monitor 2) through to a second speaker while muting it on the first speaker.
Status LEDs and Power Supply
Three LEDs on the right indicate whether mains power and an input signal are present. The third LED shows whether the integrated limiter is active, which protects the multifunction speaker from distortion and damage. A special feature is the professional power management: an additional mains output supplies other devices with up to 7 amps.
