Whether Singer/Songwriter, Party DJ Or Small Band - This Is Your Mixer!
This mixer makes work on small stages, at home and in the party room a lot easier: the B-603 gives you dedicated channels for microphones, instruments and MP3 players. Extra highlights include an integrated Bluetooth receiver and a USB port. To satisfy professional demands, the master signal is output in XLR format. A unique feature in this price range!
Channels 1 To 4
These channels feature XLR/jack combo sockets so you can connect a microphone or an instrument. For use with high-impedance guitars, a Hi-Z button is even built in. Do you own a condenser microphone that needs phantom power? No problem — press the switch and you’re ready to go! For tone shaping there’s a 2-band equalizer and an echo effect. The effect level and further adjustments can be easily tuned via the yellow knobs. The peak indicator next to the volume control warns you of clipping.
Stereo Channel 5/6
For electronic instruments like keyboards and samplers there’s a dedicated stereo channel with jack inputs. A pad switch located directly under the jack sockets lets you quickly adjust the input level.
USB Playback
DJ-friendly: a small USB stick full of music is enough to keep the guests entertained all evening. Extensive transport functions make the MP3 player easy to operate via the sharp LCD display. A laptop or PC can also serve as a sound source; note that only the audio signal is routed to the USB input, not data files.
USB Recording
An easy and effective way to capture the night for posterity is the recording function. The master mix — all connected instruments and microphones — is saved as an MP3 stereo file on a USB stick. With a suitable USB cable this stereo track can of course also be recorded into a DAW on a computer. That’s useful not only for small live bands but also for making take-home recordings at home, e.g. for playalongs or backing tracks.
Bluetooth Receiver
If you don’t want to stay at the DJ desk during the party but mingle with guests, the Bluetooth unit gives you full freedom of movement. Once paired, music can be streamed wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet to the mixer within a range of about 10 meters.

The low price is noticeable in the workmanship, especially the push buttons on the right are quite "wobbly", but that's nothing that bothers me.

The USB interface for recording and mp3 sounds is effective.
Particularly suitable for home recording and for small applications for mp3 sound reinforcement and individual miking.
A very good price/performance ratio in this price range.
I am personally satisfied.
