AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6 DJ Controller - Returned (Condition: Good)

Intuitive User Experience and Sophisticated Design

The DDJ-GRV6 packs a lot of advanced features, but thanks to its matte-black surface and ergonomic design it's easy to get around. Despite the abundance of functions, the minimalist display and indicators provide intuitive access to the features you need.

The Groove Circuit, one of the device's key features, is positioned above the performance pads with a "Step Up" in between so you won't accidentally touch a jog wheel while using it. The sleek design lets you get creative and shape your performances as simply or as elaborate as you like.

By applying effects to the drum parts you can easily create fills, build-ups and breakdowns. Freely manipulating the drum parts lets you produce innovative and creative live remixes.

Jog Wheels & Performance Pads

The DDJ-GRV6 features large jog wheels ideal for scratching, 8 performance pads positioned above the jogs — just like the flagship CDJ-3000 multi-player — and Beat FX from the DJM-A9 in the mixer section.

This gives you the feel of using club-standard equipment, enabling dynamic performances where expressive scratching is combined with pad and effect techniques that are perfect for club sets.

Intelligent Smart Rotary Selector & Discover Function

The new intelligent Smart Rotary Selector on the DDJ-GRV6 enables joystick-like control with up/down and left/right movement as well as conventional rotate-and-press control when using rekordbox for Mac/Windows version 7.

The left/right movement enables intuitive navigation through the media browser, Tree View and track list, while the up/down movement allows fast navigation through playlists and collections so you can quickly find the track you want, no matter how large your music library is.

By pressing the Discover button you can quickly access the track suggestion feature that helps you rediscover old favorites or find new songs. (The Discover function is available in rekordbox for Mac/Windows.)

Remix Performances with Stems FX in Serato DJ Pro

The DDJ-GRV6 is compatible with Serato DJ Pro, which includes a Stems FX function. Let your music speak for you by applying effects such as Roll, Trans, Echo Out and Delay to the individual stems of a track — drums, bass, vocals or melody.

Use the overlay sheet included with the DDJ-GRV6 to change the button labels for Stems FX and make operation easier.

Compatibility: DJing with PC/Mac, Mobile Device and More

You can use the DDJ-GRV6 not only with rekordbox for Mac/Windows but also with rekordbox for iOS/Android. With the "Play via Mobile Device" option you can freely perform your preferred style across a wide range of environments.
