Jackson Pro Origins 1985 San-Dimas SD1A H MPL Electric Guitar in Vanilla Shake Including Gigbag!
For over 40 years Jackson has been the go-to choice for the world’s most legendary metal shredders and hard rockers. Now they return to their roots and honor their iconic history with the Pro Origin 1985 series.
The Pro Origin series is proudly built in Ensenada to celebrate Jackson’s beginnings, bringing back the San Dimas style that shaped a generation of guitar gods who pushed the limits. With pickups developed to the original specs from Jackson’s early days in Southern California, these guitars deliver the authentic sound that established Jackson as a mainstay in the metal scene.
The resonant alder body provides the perfect balance of warmth and punch, with exceptional sustain and clarity that cuts through the mix. Each maple neck is artfully tinted to capture the coveted amber glow of perfectly aged wood, while the sleek, speed-optimized neck profile lets your fingers fly across the fretboard at breathtaking speed. From the 12"-16" compound-radius maple fretboard with large dot inlays to the top-mounted Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo, these new/old classics are packed with the features true metalheads love, letting you relive the spirit of the glory days when Jackson dominated the LA scene.
The Pro Origin 1985 series blends retro flair with modern playability into a retro-futuristic style that stands out from the crowd. With historically accurate Jackson pickup tones carefully reproduced to original specifications, these shred machines let you revive the rich tradition of a true industry pioneer.
Play them loud, play them with pride, and travel back to the future - the Pro Origin 1985 series brings Jackson's legacy of attitude and innovation straight to your fingertips.
