Classic Cantabile P-38 Lever Harp 38 Strings - Return (Condition: Good)

Classic Design With a Solid Pillar

A central element of the harp is the turned pillar made of beech wood, which provides high stiffness to the entire instrument and thus improves the transfer of vibration from the strings. With 38 strings the harp offers a range of over 6 octaves (A to c''''). From folk tunes to works by classical composers, a wide variety of pieces can already be played on this harp.

The soundbody made of high-quality ash radiates natural beauty and elegance. The wood not only gives the harp a warm tonal character but also a robust construction that ensures longevity and stability. The top is made of spruce, which—thanks to its pronounced resonance properties—delivers excellent tone and dynamics.

Tuning

The 38 strings are tuned diatonically to E-flat major, with the red and blue strings indicating the locations of the notes C and F. By flipping up the respective color-coded hooks the harp can be quickly retuned to another key, allowing great flexibility when playing with others.

For first attempts and easier understanding, C tuning is also possible. The two tuning keys included serve for tuning the instrument: the square tuning key is used on the tuning pegs, while the hex key is used for the fine tuners on the opposite side.

Versatile Applications

The harp is ideal for use in various musical genres such as folk music, classical or contemporary music. Whether you play solo, perform in an ensemble or simply join other musicians: thanks to its versatile tonal palette you can express different moods and emotions with the Classic Cantabile pillar harp. From gentle, dreamy tones to lively, captivating sounds—the possibilities are nearly limitless.

Includes Carry Bag

The softly padded bag not only protects your instrument from dust and scratches, the outer pocket also provides ample space for the two tuning keys and other accessories.
