Martin D-10E Retro Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar With Pickup!
The D-10E Retro is powerful and balanced, pairing spruce and sapele with arched X-bracing for strong lows and clear projection. Vintage-inspired details and modern comfort put you on the path to Martin's legendary Dreadnought sound and feel.
The Martin D-10E Retro is a proven instrument for players who need projection, power and reliability. With its dreadnought body it delivers the powerful, full-bodied tone that has shaped generations of Martin players. Whether you're strumming chords to fill a room or driving the rhythm in a mix, this guitar provides the volume and bass response to carry your sound.
The D-10E Retro is built with a solid spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides, combining the clear articulation of spruce with the warm midrange of Sapele. Sapele, often compared to mahogany, provides a dry, woody character that keeps the low end tight while letting the highs shine. Paired with the arched X-bracing, the top becomes more dynamic and responsive, giving the instrument a wide tonal palette that works equally well in the studio and on stage.
