Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E Mahogany Natural - Returned Item (Condition: Very Good)

Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E Mahogany for Flexible Acoustic Sounds!

The Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E Mahogany combines a compact junior format with stage-ready electronics, a solid top and comfortable playability. That makes it ideal for songwriting, practicing, travel, home recording and amplified acoustic performances alike.

Compact Redondo Body With Full-Bodied Tone

The Redondo junior body is designed for comfortable handling and a direct, balanced tone. Thanks to the compact shape, the guitar sits comfortably against the body, stays controllable even during long sessions, and offers a responsive feel for players of different ages and body sizes. At the same time, the construction delivers a full acoustic sound that cuts through clearly when strumming, fingerpicking and accompanying vocals. The solid mahogany top provides a warm, mid-focused core with natural dynamics, while the laminated mahogany back and sides add stability and a focused tonal character.

Scalloped X-Bracing for Response and Projection

Inside it uses scalloped X-bracing that supports the top's vibration and gives the guitar a lively response. This is especially noticeable with subtle attack nuances: light pickings respond quickly, stronger chords stay defined, and the tone retains its contour even with more dynamic playing. The combination of short scale, compact body and resonant top makes this model a versatile acoustic guitar for modern singer-songwriters, acoustic players and anyone looking for a travel-friendly instrument with serious tone.

Comfortable Mahogany Neck With Walnut Fretboard

The mahogany neck with a slim C profile supports a relaxed fretting hand and suits both open chords and melodic lines across the entire fingerboard. The walnut fretboard has a 12" radius, providing a familiar, modern playing surface. Twenty vintage-style frets, a 24" scale length and a 43 mm nut width create an accessible feel that convinces especially during long practice sessions, quick ideas and mobile gigs. White-dot inlays give clear orientation, while the nut and saddle made of Micarta support even transmission of string vibration.

Fishman CD-1 for Stage and Recording

With the Fishman CD-1 preamp the guitar is ready straight away for amps, PA or audio interface. The electronics provide controls for volume, bass and treble as well as an integrated tuner and a phase reverse. This lets you quickly adapt the amplified sound to the room, system and playing style. Whether you record ideas at home, play in the rehearsal room or need a reliable electro-acoustic on stage: the system offers practical control without complicated operation. Sealed split-shaft tuners, phosphor bronze strings and robust hardware round off the instrument functionally.
