Versatile Acoustic Bass for Comfortable Playing!
The Shaman ABM4-50E acoustic bass impresses with its compact design, balanced tone and high-quality workmanship. With a short scale length of 23.25" it offers especially comfortable playability and is ideal for players looking for a handy, easily transportable acoustic bass with full tone. Thanks to built-in electronics and a precise tuner, the instrument is suitable for use both at home and on stage.
High-Quality Materials for Natural Tone
The spruce top provides a clear, present tone with balanced response. Back and sides made of mahogany add warm depth and harmonic resonance. The glued mahogany neck offers stability and direct vibration transfer, while the rosewood fretboard delivers a comfortable feel.
Comfortable Design and Precise Playability
The short scale length of 23.25" (591 mm) is roughly equivalent to a 3/4 guitar and enables relaxed playing even during longer sessions. The fretboard with a 12" radius and 20 neatly seated frets ensures even playability across all positions. At just 1.74 kg the bass is pleasantly lightweight and ideal for on-the-go use or flexible applications.
Integrated Electronics for Flexible Tone Shaping
Equipped with an undersaddle piezo pickup and active preamp, the Shaman ABM4-50E delivers a natural, dynamic signal. The 2-band equalizer lets you tailor highs and lows, while the volume control provides precise level adjustment.
