Vintage Fans Take Notice - Black Magic Is Here!
One of the most legendary basses in an unmistakable vintage look is now available from Rocktile. The hollowbody in the famous violin-bass shape is an instant eye-catcher for mop-top fans. At the same time, Rocktile's "Black Magic" has a lot to offer technically and sonically. The arched basswood body with maple top, together with the fine rosewood fingerboard on a glued maple neck, delivers a thumpy, punchy sound that perfectly captures the revolutionary spirit of the Sixties.
Powerful Tone - Short-Scale Scale Length
Thanks to the shorter short-scale scale length, the bass plays comfortably even for smaller hands, making it great for younger players as well. The two humbuckers, along with two volume controls and the tone control, deliver exactly what an electric bass should: powerful low end that fills the stratosphere while staying impressively tight — especially when the pickup switch is moved from "Rhythm" to "Solo".
High-Quality Craftsmanship - Stunning Looks
Hand in hand with the attractive technical features, the solid build quality and magical looks of this black favorite present themselves. Whether you inspect the refined die-cast tuners or details like the black, high-gloss sealed finish — everything simply works.
The Rocktile "Black Magic": Vintage. Beat. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Unfortunately, the attachment for the strap on the neck was forgotten with my bass. Very unfavorable if you want to play standing up.
Otherwise, as I said: TOP!

I did not think that it looks so great. And the board is playable like butter. Extremely slim neck. Shortscale - only the string action was a bit high. But that's totally easy to adjust: Turn down the bridge screws, tighten the neck a bit more and the bass is extremely fun to play. I would buy again immediately and will definitely play him in the future acuh in my normal band project on stage ??
