Once again Marco De Virgiliis, with his pioneering spirit, has managed to create a new product line that tackles tone and performance versus portability by using tailor-made components—developed through years of Markbass research—and revolutionary materials with an eye on the future and the environment.
The MB58R 102 XL ENERGY features 2x10" Markbass neodymium custom speakers rated at 400W and a 1" driver with horn. The larger size of the XL-series speakers allows the cabinet to be tuned differently and improves bass response. Thanks to the materials and technology used for the cabinet, this 2x10" XL cabinet, despite its larger size, remains lightweight and super portable (only 14.6 kg), offering an amazing price-to-performance ratio!
