50 Watt Tube Amplifier With Footswitch!
The 5150III 50W EL34 head features independent volume and gain controls for all three channels. Experience total control, paired with the same killer look and the raw EL34 tone of the 100-watt head.
The EL34 power tubes deliver characteristic harmonic overtones with more dynamic compression and saturation, producing a more modern "British" sound — all with the sustain and versatility you expect from EVH® 5150III amps.
Channel one offers a snappier, more compressed clean tone, while channels two and three deliver a slightly darker, compressed tone with even more saturation than before. Channels one and two each have dual concentric gain/volume controls with a shared EQ (Low, Mid, High), while channel 3 features an independent EQ. Additional features include a resonance control on the back that lets you tailor the low-end response for all channels, and a global presence control.
The EL34 50-watt amplifier, clad in an elegant EVH gold-and-black motif, also features an effects loop, a headphone jack, a preamp output, and a MIDI input.
